How to give Workstatus location permissions over MacOS Monterey?



With macOS Monterey(12.5), Apple location features for your Mac. To ensure that Workstatus is able to track location, you will need to grant our app access.

Please follow the steps below to do that:

STEP 1

On your Mac, select System Preferences from the Apple menu.



STEP 2

Click the icon labeled Security & Privacy.



STEP 3

Click the Privacy tab at the top, then select location from the left-hand column. Finally, check the box next to Workstatus to allow our app to capture your location.



STEP 4

Open Workstatus again

If those steps do not work, then you will need to:


Open Spotlight by clicking the magnifying glass icon or pressing CMD + SPACE
Type “Terminal” and double click the Terminal application when you see it listed in Spotlight
In the terminal window type “tccutil reset All” and press enter
Open Workstatus
