How to give Workstatus screen capture permissions over Linux UBUNTU 22 LTS , 23 LTS and 24 LTS
To ensure that Workstatus is able to capture screenshots of your screen, you will need to grant our app access.
Please follow the steps below to do that:
Give Workstatus screen capture permissions :
open terminal >>Enter command : sudo nano /etc/gdm3/custom.conf
change #waylandEnable=false to waylandEnable=false (i.e remove #, hashtag)
Press key Ctrl+X >> now Press Key Y
Restart the system
