How to Hard delete a member from organization ?
By Hard deleting the member, we means : Once removed from the project, member will not be able to access your organization data (i.e. Projects, Task's, etc.)
and all data associated with member will be deleted as well and no history will be maintained.
Step 1
Go to side navigation bar >> People >> Employee
Step 2
Click on the 3 dots against member name & select Remove member
Step 3
Confirm on confirm remove button
Step 4
A success message pops up
Add How to View Deleted Member.
Step 3.
Go to Filters >> Clear the existing filters >> select User type : Deleted & Apply
It will show the list of members Soft deleted in your organization.
How to Hard Delete member
**Step 4. **
Now click on the 3 dots against the soft deleted member, there you will get 2 options : Hard Delete & Restore
Choose Hard delete to completely remove the member from the organization & Select confirm permanent delete in the pop up.
