How to Invite Team Members?
Roles and Permissions:
Organization Owner/manager:
They can invite Organisation members.

### Login Visibility of member
This section of module shows the Total number of members in you organization, How many are Online/Offline, Deleted and Deactivated. Along side it shows on which platform these members
are available. For instance : Browser, Windows, Linux, MAC OS . Android and iOS.
Inviting team members

STEP 1
To invite a team member, simply navigate to Members on the left-hand sidebar then click on Invite new Member.
STEP 2
A popup dialog should appear where you can fill in the Email, Enter Member id, role, mode of invite , Device Type and the projects the user will be added to. Once you’re finished, press Invite
A) if setting is manual + without prefix - it will ask for adding id manually
B) if setting is manual + with prefix- refers to manually entering id with a auto prefix
C) If setting is Automatically + without prefix- means there will be generation of ids automatically upon inviting the members and shows the number above the member name on Member tab
Note : This setting can not be changed to manual mode ever if you proceed with it.
D) If setting is Automatically + with prefix- means there will be generation of ids with prefix automatically upon inviting the members and shows the number above the member name on Member tab,

STEP 3
An invite email with a confirmation link will be sent to the user. After accepting the invite, they will be asked to set up their own Workstatus account. Once completed, the users will automatically be added to your organization.
Inviting team members using links
STEP 1
To invite a team member, simply navigate to Members on the left-hand sidebar then click on Invite new Member.
STEP 2
#Click on Copy Link .
STEP 3
Paste copied link into your browser and press Enter , Enter your details and Click on Join organization .
Inviting team members by Stealth Mode
Role : As a Organization Owner/Manager : You will have to invite your member/user in order to run application in Stealth mode.
STEP 1
Go to Members >> Invite New Member
STEP 2
Enter Email- id, User Role, select invite mode as Stealth & Click on Invite button
Invitation is successfully sent to user's email id.
Role : User
Now, Check the mail received on the invited mail id >> Click Accept and A batch is downloaded to your PC
STEP 3
Double click on the downloaded Batch file to make the installer run and let the app install in your PC.
App is now installed in your PC and has started to run.

As a Organization Owner - you can view your stealth member data in Timesheet and Activity section.
Note : Stealth Mode is currently available in Window.
Resending invites
If the person no longer has the invitation and needs to be sent another one, please follow these instructions:
Click on Members on the left-hand menu, then click on the Invited tab towards the top of the Members list, click on [ ⋮ ] button then Resend invite.
Bulk Invite team members .
STEP 1
Go to Members >> Invite New Member
STEP 2
Enter Email- ids seperating by comas (,) , User Role, & Click on Invite button
