How to Modify timesheet settings

Roles and Permissions:

Organization Owner/Manager:

They can enable/disable modify time settings for all members of organization.

Changing the Modify Time setting

To allow users to be able to modify Add, Edit, Delete & productivity % enable settings from your organization.

Roles and Permissions:

Organization Owner/Manager:

Only Organization Owner/Manager can access Feature Settings. Add, Edit, Delete & productivity % setting will always enabled for Owner/Manager .

The Workstatus settings page allows you to customize and manage how each Workstatus feature works within your organization.
To access your organization settings, click on Settings on the side panel.

To enable the Modify Time setting, follow the instructions below:

STEP 1

Click on the Settings tab on the left sidebar, then select Features.

STEP 2

Select the Timesheet tab, then click the Modify time option.
If you want to enable each team member with the ability to modify Add, Edit, Delete & productivity %, then you can check the checkbox of each settings , this setting will enable Add, Edit, Delete & productivity % for everyone in the organization. Similarly, if you do not want to allow anyone to Add, Edit, Delete & productivity % you can uncheck the checkboxes of each settings .

OPTIONAL:

If you want to enable the settings for specific members only, you can set the default to disable and enable the setting for certain members. In this case, users will need to contact members enabled to Modify time to request manually adding or editing time entries.

Note: You can Edit , Delete Timesheet and modify productivity % for Tracker's and manual both entries, when settings are enabled .
