Steps to Configure Idle Notes Settings

1. Log in to the application using valid credentials.

2. Navigate to Settings under the Global section.

3. Click on Idle Notes under the Timer Apps section.

4. The Idle Notes settings are divided into three categories:

• Disabled: Idle Notes are disabled for all members or selected individual members.
• Enabled but Not Mandatory: Idle Notes are enabled for all members or selected individual members, but entering an idle note is not mandatory.
• Enabled and Mandatory: Idle Notes are enabled, and the respective members are required to provide an idle note.

5. You can configure the Disabled, Enabled but Not Mandatory, or Enabled and Mandatory settings for individual members as required.

6. You can also apply these settings to multiple members at once, allowing you to disable, enable without making it mandatory, or enable and make Idle Notes mandatory for multiple users.

7. A pop-up confirmation window will appear on the screen asking, “Are you sure you want to update the settings?”

8. After making or saving any changes to the Idle Notes settings, a success validation message will appear in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
