Workstatus Crashing or Running Slowly

Is Workstatus crashing or running slowly on your computer or causing runtime errors? If that is the case, please check to make sure that you are using the current release first. To do this, right-click on the Workstatus icon in your system tray and select “About Workstatus” from the menu. Alternatively, you can click the “Check for Updates” option to have Workstatus automatically search for updates.



In the Window that pops up, you will see your current version:



If at any step along the way you have problems, please uninstall your current version and install the most recent release here.
