List under Project Section


  1. User logged into the workstatus.
  2. Click on project button.
  3. Select any project you want.
  4. Click on List.



  1. There are following columns available in List.
  2. Select the required project.
  3. the following details are shown:
  • Task ID
  • Task Name
  • Assignee
  • Task Status
  • Task List
  • Progress (%)
  • Tags
  • Start Date
  • End Date
  • Estimated
  • Invested
  • Billable
  • Priority



  • We can choose the Assignee from the task list, by click on (+) Icon.
  • We can also search the assignee from the search option.



  • We can change the status of task from the task list (YET TO START,COMPLETE,IN PROGRESS, etc...).




  • Task List
  • We can move task to another task from Task List. Click on Task list status





  • Click on " Destination Task List " Dropdown . Then select Task List




  • Progress shows the completion percentage of a task (e.g., 60% indicates the task is 60% complete). It can be increased or decreased manually based on the work done.



  • Add Tags
  • We can add tags by clicking on (+) icon.
  • we can search tags
  • we can add tags from the tag list



  • Start Date: Defines when the task is scheduled to begin





  • Due Date: Defines the deadline by which the task should be completed.




  • Estimated Time: Represents the planned or expected time required to complete the task.



  • Invested Time: Represents the actual time spent on the task based on tracked work.





  • We can change the Billing status (Billable, Non Billable, etc...), by clicking over Billable status.



  • We can change the Priority status (Low, Medium, High, etc...), by clicking over priority status.



  • The Task Ellipsis (three-dot) menu provides quick actions to manage and perform operations on an individual task directly from the task list.


  1. View Task
  • Click on Ellipsis when we hover over the task
  • Allows users to view complete task information such as description, status, assignees, dates, and progress.


  1. Save as Task Template
  • Saves the selected task as a template.


  1. Copy Task
  • Creates a duplicate of the selected task.


  1. Copy Task Link
  • Copies the direct link of the task.


  1. Move to Other Task List
  • Moves the task to another task list.


  1. Complete Task
  • Marks the task as Completed.


  1. Add to Favorite
  • Adds the task to the favorite list.






  • Click on the Ellipsis (⋮) button in the top-right corner.





Group By


  • The Group By Task List option allows users to organize the task by grouping tasks based on created Task List




View Status
  • When users click on View Status, the Task Status overview page is displayed. This page provides a visual summary of tasks based on their current statuses.




Task List Status Chart
  • A Donut chart displays the overall distribution of tasks by status.
  • The center of the chart shows the Total Tasks count.
  • Each colored segment represents a different task status.




Customize Columns :




  • Allows users to show, hide, and rearrange columns in the task list, click on save.




Export


  • Enables users to export the task list data.
  • In CSV format





Bulk task operations are available in the List view.
