People Tab



The Members tab is designed to display and manage the details of team members associated with a specific project. Here's an explanation:

How to navigate to the People tab


Navigate to Project Module



Navigate to People tab
- click on project kebab menu and click on view project also you can click on project name then you will redirect to project overview page
- if people tab is not visible then click on 3 more option then select people tab
- if you have not enabled people then enabled from project setting,

Key Features of the Members Tab:



List of Members:
- Displays all team members assigned to the project.
- Includes their profile pictures, names, and email addresses.


Project Role :
- Allows selecting or modifying the role of each team member, such as User and Project Manager using the dropdown menu.
- Here you can able o view client of the poject.
- Only the Organization Owner/Manager, Delivery Head and Project Manager of that project can change the user role.


Pay and Bill Rates:
- Bill Rate: The hourly rate you charge your clients for each person on this project. If a user's project rate is not set, the user's site-wide rate
will be used.
- Bill rate and Pay rate column is only visible to Organization Owner/Manager, Delivery Head and Project Manager of that project.

Date Added:
- Tracks the date each member was added to the project.

Selection Checkbox:
- The checkbox allows selecting single member or multiple members for batch action, such as remove from particular project.
- Only the Organization Owner/Manager, Delivery Head and Project Manager of that project can see the check boxes and remove the
member from particular project.


Search Option
- Here you can directly search member based on assigned role in project, like if you select user role then all member are searched, there role is user in project.
- You can also search for members directly by name through the Search tab.



How to add members to a project



- Organization Owners/Managers, Delivery Heads and Project Managers of that project can view the Add Member tab(1) and invite a new
member, If the member can accept the invitation then the member will be directly added to that project.
- You can also specify project roles such as user and project manager at the time of invitation.
- You can simply enter the user's email address (3), then click on the email address, then the chip(5) will be created and then click on the invite button.
- If a user is invited to a project, they will be added to it, and an envelope icon will appear next to their email address. If the user hasn't
received the invitation email, they can click the "Resend" (9) button to receive another invitation. Organization owners/managers, delivery
heads, and project managers can share a shareable link with users to allow them to directly sign up and join the project.
- You will also be able to add the user who already exists (5) in the organization for this search username and select this user and then click on invite button (7)then the same user is automatically added to that project.
