Project based Timesheet


We are excited to introduce a new feature to our project management module: Project Timesheets. This feature enables comprehensive tracking and reporting of time spent on project tasks. Below is a detailed guide on how to use this feature, along with screenshots to help you navigate the interface.


Step 1


A new tab named "Timesheets" is available within each project. This tab displays the timesheets of all users associated with the project.


Click on Project module >> Open the project >> Go to **Timesheet ** tab. Here you will be able see the timesheet of the users which are in that specific project.



Step 2


The timesheets can be grouped by date, member, or todo for better organization and analysis.
Select your preferred grouping method from the dropdown menu.



Step 3


The Timesheet table includes comprehensive details for each task, such as:

  • Task Details
  • Status (Timesheet Approved, Pending, Rejected)
  • Total Logged Hours on Project
  • Duration (In & Out time)
  • Member


Further, on clicking on '+' icon expanded details can be observed.



Add Time Manually


Click on "Add Manual Timesheet" >> Enter the necessary details; the project name will be auto-filled.

Filter


The timesheet data can be filtered based on the following parameters:


  • Status (Approved, Rejected, Pending)
  • Members (Multi-select, with search and alphabetical sorting)



Export


Click on export >> Data can be exported to CSV format.



Date range Selection


Click on Calendar icon >> Date will be visible for the selected specific date and month range also.



Project Cost

Here you can see the total cost of the project as well as the member wise cost.

  • Cost : This represents the total cost incurred for each member based on their invested time and bill rate, (1 )and (2).
  • Member Cost : This represents each member Project Cost. (3) and (4).
  • Cost Calculation: Bill rate x Invested time
