Setting Up Workstatus for Multiple Clients



You can assign clients to your projects with Workstatus. This makes it easy to manage clients.


Organization Owner/Manager :
They can Add Clients, Remove Clients and Edit Clients.

Delivery Head
They can Add Clients, Remove Clients and Edit Clients.

Project Manager (User) :
They can't Add Clients, Remove Clients and Edit Clients.

User :
They can't Add Clients ,Remove Clients and Edit Clients.

Please note, before you can link projects to your clients you will need to add them to Workstatus.

How to add clients to new projects?



STEP 1

Select Project Management from the main navigation menu.



STEP 2

Click Add new project.



STEP 3

Next, choose a name for your project and select the relevant members for different roles.

Select Client from clients dropdown, click “Add new project” to finalize the project.





How to add clients to existing projects?



STEP 1

Select Project Management from the main navigation menu.



STEP 2

Click on the [ ⋮ ] button on the right side of the project you wish to edit and then click on the “Edit project” option.



STEP 3

Update Client and click “Save” to finalize the changes.
