Timesheets Module Overview
Roles and Permissions:
Organization Owner/Manager :
They can View, Add, Delete, Edit and Approve timesheets
They can View Attendance
Delivery Head :
They can view timesheet, Approve timesheet and view Attendance.
They can only add, edit and delete their own timesheets.
Dept. Head(User):
They can view the department member's timesheet, Approve timesheet and View Attendance.
They can only add, edit and delete their own timesheets.
Project Manager (User) :
They can view timesheet and view the attendance of assigned project members.
They can only add, edit and delete their own timesheets.
They can Approve the project member's timesheet .
Team Lead(User):
They can view timesheet and view the attendance of assigned Team members.
They can only add, edit and delete their own timesheets.
They can Approve the Team member's timesheet if enable from setting
User :
They can View, Add, Edit and Delete their own timesheet.
They can View their own Attendance.
They can't Approve their own Timesheet.

Owners and managers can easily keep track of your when their team started and stopped their timer via the Timesheets page.

STEP 1
Navigate to Timesheets >> View & Edit on the sidebar.
To View Timesheet >> Click on 3 dots and Click on View .
STEP 2
Select the Members on the calendar.
Here you can view :
Productivity :Productivity of total hours .
Idle : Idle % of your system .
Break : Break % of your system .
Origin : The platform on which your timer is running, such as Mac, Windows, Linux, iOS, Android, etc.
Working hours : Total working hour of your system excluding Idle and break time .
Total hours : Total hours of your time including Idle and break time .
Off hours :Time beyond your scheduled time .
Status : Status of your timesheet .
STEP 3
Select the user from the Date drop-down.
STEP 4
Once you’ve selected the correct filters, you will see the Time span of the time entries which will include the start and the stop times.
View Timesheets according to date range .
Alternatively, you can see Start/Stop times on a weekly basis.
STEP 1
Navigate to Timesheets >> View & Edit on the sidebar.
STEP 2
Click the on date span and then click on Weekly tab.
STEP 3
Select the user from the Member drop-down.
STEP 4
Once you’ve selected the correct filters, you will see the Time span of the time entries which will include the start and the stop times.
Hide/Show columns on View Timesheets.
Step 1
Go To Timesheet >> View Timesheet >> Column -Tick against the column name on check box to view data of Timesheet.
Export Timesheet
Go To Timesheet >> View Timesheet >> Export >> Export the Timesheet as PDF/ CSV
Off Hours
if a schedule has been created for a user and they work outside of the scheduled time, those hours would be considered off-hours. This can be useful for tracking overtime, compliance, or analyzing work patterns.
Switch timesheet View
STEP 1
You can also Switch timesheet View ,click on Switch view from tabular form to graph form
Your timesheet view will be change into tabular form .
You can view Idle Time by clicking on gray part of timesheet
You can view Break Time by clicking on Red part of timesheet
You can view Working Time by clicking on Green part of timesheet
Note:
In order to see the updated changes on the screen, Please click on the refresh icon. In order to have a refresh icon on screen- there should be an entry in the timesheet.
Add timesheet is also allowed for past dates , If setting is enabled
