Workstatus has chosen to store all screenshots on Amazon AWS because of its industry standard security levels, uptime of data, and speed.

Access to screenshots is controlled by Roles and Permissions. Users can view screenshots only if they have the necessary permission. If screenshot access is disabled for a user, the activity must be hidden from the settings to prevent them from viewing screenshots.

To enable the Hide Activity setting

Step 1. Open the Settings module.

Step 2. Under the Timer Apps section, select Hide Activity.

Step 3. The Hide Activity settings screen will be displayed.

Step 4. Enable the setting either for all users or for selected users as required.
