Can I force screenshots to be deleted?

• They can force screenshots to be deleted for all members of organisation.

QUESTION:

Can I force screenshots to be deleted?

ANSWER:

Yes, but you can only delete manually added timesheets, all screenshots and other data of all slots that existed between the interval of the deleted timesheet will be deleted.

Steps to delete timesheet

• STEP 1

Navigate to the Timesheets module under the Intelligence section from the left-side navigation menu.

• STEP 2

Click on the [ ⋮ ] button on the right side of the timesheet you wish to delete and then click on the “Delete timesheet” option.

• STEP 3

Click the "Yes, Delete It!" button in the confirmation pop-up. Once the record is deleted successfully, a success message will appear in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
