How do I change the screenshot frequency?


Roles and Permissions:


Organisation Owner/Manager:


  • They can change the screenshot frequency for all members of organization.

Organization owners and managers can change how frequently Workstatus records screenshots on the settings page by navigating to ** Sidebar > Settings > Timer Apps > Screenshot Frequency ** as shown below:


Only organization owners and managers have access to modify this setting.


Screenshots Frequency


The frequency with which Workstatus records screenshots can be changed in Settings.


  1. Click on the Settings module from the left-side navigation panel.



  1. Under the Timer Apps section, click on Screenshot Frequency.



  1. On the Screenshot Frequency settings page, use the global settings to configure the default screenshot frequency for all members.



  1. You can also customize the screenshot frequency for individual members using the available settings.



  1. After making the required changes, a confirmation pop-up will appear asking, "Are you sure you want to update these settings?"



  1. Click Yes to save the changes or No to cancel them.



  1. Once the changes are saved successfully, a success message will appear in the top-right corner of the screen.
