Workstatus Confirmation Email Not Received

The confirmation email includes a confirmation link which, upon clicking will confirm your Workstatus account. If you haven’t received your confirmation email within a few minutes of signing up, there are some things you can do.


Sometimes email servers can block the emails that we send to users for confirmation. The first step here is always to check your spam folder. If the email isn’t showing in your spam folder, you can ask the organization owner to resend the email. For them to do this, follow these steps:

Click on Members on the left-hand menu, then click on the Invited tab towards the top of the Members list, click on [ ⋮ ] button then Resend invite.

If after re-sending the invite, you still haven’t received the confirmation email, you can whitelist Workstatus on your email server by following the steps here.
