User Limits

Workstatus allows you to set a limit for the maximum number of hours that can be logged in a week, or a day for a specific user. These features ensure that you are within your target staff budget every time.

Adding recurring weekly limits


Step 1. First, select Employees from the main navigation menu.



You will be redirected to the Employee tab screen.



Step 2. Click on the [ ⋮ ] of any employee.



Step 3. This will open the Member drawer, where you will see various options. From the available options, select Edit Member.



**Step 4. **The Edit Member Profile pop-up will appear, where you can update the daily and weekly work hour limits.




Step 5. Once the weekly limits have been updated, click Save to confirm the changes. and success message will appear members update successfully.
After saving the limit, the maximum number of hours the team member can log per week will appear against their name in the table view.





Step 6. Navigate to the Table View icon located in the top-right corner of the screen.



Step 7. You will be able to see the updated daily and weekly limits displayed in the table view.







Adding recurring daily limits


To set up daily limits, please follow these steps:


  • STEP 1Navigate to the Employees page on the sidebar.



  • STEP 2Click on the [ ⋮ ] icon of any employee.




  • STEP 3This will open the Member drawer, where you will see various options. From the available options, select Edit Member.



Step 4. The Edit Member Profile pop-up will appear, where you can update the daily and weekly work hour limits.



Step 5. Once the Daily Limits have been updated, click Save to confirm the changes. and success message will appear members update successfully.
After saving the limit, the maximum number of hours the team member can log per week will appear against their name in the table view.






Step 6. Navigate to the Table View icon located in the top-right corner of the screen.



Step 7. You will be able to see the updated daily Limits displayed in the table view.
