End Your Subscription: A Complete Guide

This guide explains the process of ending your subscription, including the required steps and important information to consider before cancellation.


Role : Organisation Owner & Manager


For organization owner & manager, To delete account follow these steps:


  • STEP 1:


Go to Profile and button will be available under Profile Image and in Profile Page under Delete an account and It will open to the support chat box. After preliminary questions, the customer care executive will get in touch with the user to enquire about the deletion reason





  • STEP 2:


The customer care executive will enable the option for DELETE account


Now, Organization owner/manager can delete the account. They will still be shown confirmation messages that all users, data (timesheet/screenshots, etc.) will be deleted for complete organization. Once confirmed, they will be asked to re-enter the password for their account panel which will be verified. Once successfully verified, the user & organization account will be deleted.




  • STEP 3:


Org Owner will receive an email for deletion of its account.
