Escalation Settings: Setup Guide

Control escalation timeoff-request.


Role : Organization Manager


Enable the setting to ** Yes** for your users so as to raise any escalation of the submitted leave.



  1. Click on the Settings module from the left-side navigation panel.



  1. Under the Timer Apps section, click on Escalation.



  1. Configure the Time-Off Request Escalation settings by enabling or disabling the option as required.



  1. After making the changes, a confirmation pop-up will appear asking, "Are you sure you want to update the settings?"



  1. Click Yes to save the changes or No to discard them.



  1. Once the settings have been updated successfully, a confirmation message stating "Status updated successfully" will appear on the screen. Click OK to close the message.



  1. Navigate to Calendar and click on Time-Off Requests.



  1. Locate the time-off request you want to escalate, click the three-dot (⋮) menu, and then select Escalate.
