Escalation Settings: Setup Guide
Control escalation timeoff-request.
Role : Organization Manager
Enable the setting to ** Yes** for your users so as to raise any escalation of the submitted leave.
- Click on the Settings module from the left-side navigation panel.
- Under the Timer Apps section, click on Escalation.
- Configure the Time-Off Request Escalation settings by enabling or disabling the option as required.
- After making the changes, a confirmation pop-up will appear asking, "Are you sure you want to update the settings?"
- Click Yes to save the changes or No to discard them.
- Once the settings have been updated successfully, a confirmation message stating "Status updated successfully" will appear on the screen. Click OK to close the message.
- Navigate to Calendar and click on Time-Off Requests.
- Locate the time-off request you want to escalate, click the three-dot (⋮) menu, and then select Escalate.
