Notification Control


Roles and Permissions:


Organisation Owner/Manager:

  • They can control Schedules settings of all members of organisation.

You can control the notifications in your organization settings by clicking on the Settings tab on the left sidebar. Then selecting Features from the drop-down menu.


How to Configure Schedule and Time Off Alerts


  1. Navigate to the Settings module from the left-side navigation panel.



  1. Under the Shift Alerts section, click Schedules and Time Off.



  1. On the Schedules and Time Off settings page, configure who should receive alerts related to member schedules and time-off requests. You can apply the settings either globally for all members or individually for specific members.



  1. Select one of the following alert options:


  • Both – Alerts are sent to both Management and the User.
  • Management – Alerts are sent only to Management.
  • User – Alerts are sent only to the User.
  • None – No alerts are sent.



  1. After selecting the desired option, a confirmation pop-up will appear asking if you want to update the settings.



  1. Click Yes to save the changes or No to cancel.



  1. Once the settings have been updated successfully, a confirmation message stating "User settings changed successfully" will appear.



  1. Click OK to close the confirmation message.




Minimum Shift Hours


Control minimum shift hours about a member



You can then enable alerts for users and owners/managers, just users, or never.
