Roles and Permissions:
Organization Owner/Manage/ Delivery Head :
They can view attendance of all members of Organization.
Dept Head(User)/ Project Manager (User)/Team Lead(User) :
They can view attendance Of their members.
User :
They can view their own attendance.

What is Member Profile?
On Member Module>>under member name>>on clicking on 3 horizontal dots(3), there appears a member card. This card gives a quick glance of member profile mentioning about its member id, name, designation, login/logout time, Platform he is using to run tracker on. Alongside it shows shortcut icons to view screenshots, APP/URL. attendance and timesheet(4).

How to view Attendance Stats
In order to check the attendance of your members, you can select the member name and Date from the drop down list to view.
It will show below status:
Total days : This refers to the total number of days within the selected period for example which is from September 4, 2024, to October 3, 2024. The system is tracking attendance for these 30 days.
Total Working days : Working days means excluding week off and holiday from total days. for example Out of the 30 total days, 23 are considered working days, excluding week off and Holidays.
Days Present : This is the number of days the individual was present at work, meaning they checked in and worked for the day. No. of days Tracker runs (Punch in / Punch out)
Total Leaves : The total number of leaves taken during this period, which includes 1 paid leave and 0 unpaid leaves.
Days Absent : This indicates the number of days the individual was absent means tracking timer was not start. not including weekends or days off).
Avg Working Hours : The average working hours per day based on the recorded working hours over the selected period. for example 7 hours and 13 minutes on average.
Avg Break Hours : This shows that average break time was recorded for this period of selected Period.
Attendance Percentage : The attendance percentage is calculated by dividing the number of days present by the total working days (18/23), showing that the individual has an attendance rate of 81%.
How to check last month's attendance?
Step 1 : Navigate to the "Shift & Attendance" Section:
On the left-side menu, select Shift & Attendance and then click on Attendance.
Step 2 : By default it is showing you last 30 day's attendance.
At the top of the screen, by default 30 Day's tab is selected and it is showing last 30 day's attendance on screen.
Step 3 : Switch Between Months:
Directly to the right of the attendance summary, there are quick selection tabs for different time periods, like 30 DAYS, Sep, Aug, and Jul. To view attendance for a specific month, click on the corresponding tab (for example, Sep to view September's attendance).
Step 4 : By Date Range
At the top of the screen, there is a date range selector (near "04 Sep, 2024 - 03 Oct, 2024" in the image).
Click on the current time period to open a calendar or drop-down menu, where you can adjust the dates.
Clock In/Out
Software accurately captures employee time and attendance the moment they start their Desktop/Mobile Time tracker.
Total Hours
This represents the total time between an employee’s check-in means Tracker start time and check-out means Tracker stop time, including any breaks or idle periods. It is essentially the sum of the entire time an employee is at work, regardless of productivity.
For example: On October 1 (Tue), the total time recorded between check-in (09:51 AM) means Tracker start time and check-out (06:45 PM) means Tracker stop time is 8 hours and 54 minutes
Working Hours
This refers to the actual productive time, excluding breaks and non-working times such as tracking timer is stop within working hour. It is typically equal or lower than total hours.
For example: On October 1 (Tue), the working hours were 5 hours and 22 minutes, even though the total hours on that day amounted to almost 9 hours.
Attendance Visuals
It gives you the visual view of the log in and log out time of the users who are present for that day. Hovering on any entry with grey color, indicates the break/timer being stop for that period of time span.
Hovering on timeline it will show the card with “Productivity Summary”
The Duration will be showing of that hovering ""green Timeline""

The Green color tick icon(3) indicates timer which was started is stopped now. if the icon still shows Yellow color(4), it indicates that timer is still running and user has not clocked out for the day.
Arrivals
This Portion of Attendance module will help in identifying the user's clock in time as Delayed, On-Time as per the schedule assigned to him.
Filter
Data can be filter on the bases of Schedule and Attendance entry ie On-Time or Delayed.
Export Attendance
Complete data shown on Web of Attendance module can now be exported in PDF or CSV format.
