Removing pending invites from my organization

• They can remove Organisation members.

How to remove pending invites

Owners can delete pending invites sent to Employee in cases where the invite may have been sent to the wrong email address, or if the team member will no longer need an invite into the organization.

If you’d like to cancel a pending invitation, you’ll be able to do so from your organization’s Employees section.

Step 1. Click on the Employees module located under the People section in the left-side navigation menu.

Step 2. Navigate to the Manage Invitations tab.

Step 3. Click the three-dot (⋮) action menu corresponding to the invitation sent to the user.

Step 4. Select the Cancel Invitation.

Step 5. A Cancel Invitation pop-up will appear on the screen.

Step 6. Click the Yes, Cancel button to confirm the cancellation.

Step 7. A confirmation message indicating that the invitation has been cancelled will appear in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
