Time and Activity Report



Reporting time tracked on specific projects or tasks



The Time and Activity report is the most comprehensive report that we provide. The report provides time your staff spends on projects and tasks, their activity on the projects and tasks.

If you’re looking for an easy-to-use report to review the time data collected by Workstatus, the Time and Activity report is for you.

Roles and Permissions:


Organization Owner/Manager:
These roles can view reports of all members in the organization.

Delivery Head:
These roles can view reports of all members in the organization.

*Dept Head(User)
They can view reports of self and asssigned Department Members.

Team Lead(User):
They can view reports of self and asssigned Teams Members.

Project Manager (User):
They can view reports of self and asssigned Project Members.

User:
User can view reports of only themselves.

Generating the report



STEP 1

Navigate to Reports > Time & Activity.



STEP 2

On the top left corner, you can choose whether to generate a report for yourself or your team by choosing either “All Members” OR Select any member from the member dropdown.




Click on Group by icon drop down to view report by Date OR Member.

Select the Column of the report to see the customized view.

STEP 3

Select any date from the Custom date range, weekly and Monthly will be automatically populated.



STEP 4


Click on the Filters button to apply these filters to your report:



After applying the filters, your report will be generated automatically.



Exporting Reports



Reports can be exported as a CSV file by clicking the Download icon button.





STEP 5

Click on the Sent Icon button to send the report to individual email address. You can define the Subject & Message body of the email.






STEP 6

Click on the Schedule Icon button to schedule the report to be sent to individual email address on specific Date/Time intervals. You can define the Subject & Message body of the email.







Note: If organization's Define Break setting is disabled, all the break time data will be hidden from the Time & Activity reports.
