Weekly reports
Roles and Permissions:
Organization Owner/Manager:
- These roles can view reports of all members in the organization.
Delivery Head:
- These roles can view reports of all members in the organization.
*Dept Head(User)
- They can view reports of self and asssigned Department Members.
Team Lead(User):
- They can view reports of self and asssigned Teams Members.
Project Manager (User):
- They can view reports of self and asssigned Project Members.
User:
- User can view reports of only themselves.

The Weekly reports section lets you see how much your team has worked over a specific workweek directly within the reports section.
- Navigate to the Reports section and click on Weekly Report.
- Select the required Select By, Date Range, Member, and Project criteria based on the data you want to generate.
- Click the Generate Report button to retrieve the report data.
- Click the Members dropdown and select members based on Departments, Teams, or Individual Members.
Date Filter in Weekly Report
The Date Filter in the Weekly Report allows you to view employee work data for a specific period. It helps managers analyze employee productivity, working hours, attendance, and overall performance based on the selected timeframe
- Use the Date Filter option to filter the report by:
- Weekly
- Custom Date Range
Weekly
Select the Weekly option to display data for the current or selected week. This filter provides a summary of employees' activities, including working hours, productivity, attendance, and other tracked metrics for the selected week. It is useful for reviewing weekly performance and monitoring team progress.
Date Range
Select the Date Range option to specify a custom From and To date. This allows you to generate the Weekly Report for any desired period, making it useful for custom performance analysis, project reviews, audits, compliance checks, and management reporting.
Filters
- You can further refine the report by applying the following filters:
- Project
- Total Hours
- Average (%)
The Filters option allows you to refine the Weekly Report by applying specific criteria. You can filter the report by employee, team, department, project, manager, and the selected date range. This helps you generate a focused report to analyze employee productivity, working hours, attendance, and overall weekly performance.
- After selecting the desired filters, click the Apply button.
Send
- To share the report, click the Send button and send the Weekly Report to the desired recipients.
The Send button allows you to share the Weekly Report directly via email. Simply select the recipient(s), enter the required details, and send the report without downloading it. This feature is useful for sharing weekly performance summaries with managers, team leads, clients, or other authorized stakeholders.
Schedule
- To automate report delivery, click the Schedule Report button and configure the scheduling settings as required.
The Schedule option enables you to automate the delivery of the Weekly Report. You can configure the report to be sent automatically at a predefined frequency, such as Weekly or Monthly, to the selected recipients. This ensures stakeholders receive regular updates without manually generating the report.
Download
- To export the report, click the Download button and select either PDF or CSV as the download format.
The Download button allows you to export the Weekly Report to your local system. Depending on your account configuration, the report can be downloaded in supported formats such as Excel or CSV. This feature is useful for offline analysis, management reporting, project reviews, performance tracking, and record-keeping.
