Understanding Productivity Outside Work Hours


What Does Productivity Look Like Outside Work Hours?

If a schedule has been created for a user and they work outside of the scheduled time, those hours would be considered off-hours. This can be useful for tracking overtime, compliance, or analyzing work patterns.

Your off-hours will display on your timesheet page under Off -Hours column .

  • To define productivity off-hours, a schedule must be added for the user.

  • To define productivity off-hours, the Productivity Off-Hours setting must be enabled.

  1. Off -Hours :Time beyond your scheduled time .

  1. Total Hours : Total time recorded on the time tracker.

  1. Working Hours : Total hours - Off hours

  1. Idle : Idle % tracked within scheduled hours

  1. Productivity : Productivity % tracked within scheduled hours

**Note : ** As you can see, the schedule for the above member is assigned from 3:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Since the Tracker started at 10:00 AM, activity is only tracked from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Any work, breaks, or system idle time beyond this period will not be included in Working Hours.
