Attendance Advance report

The Attendance Advanced Report in Workstatus is a detailed report that provides comprehensive insights into employees' attendance records. It helps managers and HR teams monitor attendance patterns, identify irregularities, and analyze workforce productivity.


  1. Navigate to the Reports section and click on Attendance Advance Report.




  1. Select the required Select By, Date Range, Member, and Group By criteria based on the data you want to generate.



  1. Click the Generate Report button to retrieve the report data.



  1. Click the Members dropdown and select members based on Departments, Teams, or Individual Members.



  1. Use the Date Filter option to filter the report by:


  • Weekly
  • Monthly
  • Custom Date Range

Date Filter in Attendance Advanced Report


The Date Filter in the Attendance Advanced Report allows you to generate attendance records for a specific period. It helps managers and HR teams analyze employee attendance based on the selected timeframe.


Weekly


Select the Weekly option to view attendance records for the current or selected week. This filter helps you monitor employees' attendance, working hours, late arrivals, absences, and overall attendance trends on a weekly basis.


Monthly


Select the Monthly option to display attendance data for the current or selected month. This filter provides a comprehensive overview of employee attendance, making it useful for payroll processing, monthly performance reviews, and attendance analysis.


Date Range


Select the Date Range option to specify a custom From and To date. This allows you to generate attendance reports for any desired period, making it ideal for audits, payroll verification, compliance checks, and custom attendance analysis.





Attendance Advanced Report – Filters, Send, Schedule, and Download


Filters


  1. You can further refine the report by applying the following filters:


The Filters option allows you to refine the attendance data based on specific criteria. You can filter records by employee, team, department, shift, attendance status, and the selected date range to generate a more focused report



  • Attendance %



  • Average Working Hours



  • Average Away Time Hours



  1. After selecting the desired filters, click the Apply button.



Send


  1. To share the report, click the Send button and send the report to the desired recipients.


The Send button allows you to share the Attendance Advanced Report via email. Select the recipient(s), enter the required details, and send the report directly without downloading it.



Schedule


  1. To automate report delivery, click the Schedule Report button and configure the scheduling settings as required.


The Schedule option enables you to automate the delivery of the Attendance Advanced Report. You can configure the report to be sent automatically at a predefined frequency, such as Daily, Weekly, or Monthly, to the selected recipients.



Download


  1. To export the report, click the Download button and select either PDF or CSV as the download format.


The Download button allows you to export the Attendance Advanced Report to your local system. The report can be downloaded in the available file format (such as Excel or CSV, depending on your account configuration) for offline analysis, payroll processing, auditing, or record-keeping.
