How do I change the screenshot frequency?

Roles and Permissions:

Organisation Owner/Manager:

• They can change the screenshot frequency for all members of organisation.

Organization owners and managers can change how frequently Workstatus records screenshots on the settings page by navigating to ** Sidebar > Settings > Timer Apps > Screenshot Frequency ** as shown below :

Only organization owners and managers have access to modify this setting.

Screenshots Frequency

The frequency with which Workstatus records screenshots can be changed in Settings.

• STEP 1

Click on the Settings tab on the left sidebar,

• STEP 2

Click on Screenshots Frequency option.

Then you can select between 1x, 2x, 3x and none frequencies of screenshots that you want the application to take for every 10-minute period by default.

STEP 3

You can also adjust the Screenshot frequency for each team member.
