How to Integrate Basecamp with Workstatus ?

Roles and Permissions:

Organization Owner/Manage :

They can integrate Basecamp with Workstatus.

STEP 1

First, please select Settings from the main navigation menu. Then, click on Import Apps (2) >> Add Import (3).

Select Basecamp from the list below

STEP 2

Enter below details:

Basecamp Client id: Your Client id

Basecamp Client Secret Key: Please input your secret key.

Basecamp Redirect URL: Your Basecamp URL that is obtain after login in dashboard.

Basecamp Account id

Click Next

Click on "Yes, I'll Allow Access"

You are redirected to Connect Basecamp Projects with Workstatus Projects. Select the Project name of Workstatus which you wish to integrate against Basecamp Project, Then click on Sync button.

Once status shows Completed >> Go to Projects (In Workstatus) and You may check Basecamp Projects are now available there.

7.After Basecamp Integration – Automatic Sync via Webhooks

After the Basecamp integration is completed, webhooks are also implemented.
Webhooks enable real-time synchronization between Basecamp and the system.
Any project or task created in Basecamp will be automatically synced after the integration.

8. Automatic Updates from Basecamp

Once the integration is active, any update made in Basecamp will automatically reflect in the system.
The following items are synced automatically:
To-do creation
To-do name updates
To-do comments
Message board creation
Message board comments
