Jobsite Report
Roles and Permissions:
Organization Owner/Manager:
- They can view reports of all members in the organization.
Delivery Head:
- These roles can view reports of all members in the organization.
Dept Head(User):
- They can view reports of self and asssigned Department Members.
Team Lead(User):
- They can view reports of self and asssigned Teams Members.
Project Manager (User):
- They can view reports of self and asssigned Project Members.
User:
- User can view reports of only themselves.

The Jobsite Report section lets you see how much your team has worked over a specific Jobsite assigned to them.
- STEP 1
From the side menu, click on the “Reports” then click “ Jobsite Report
- STEP 2
You can see a screen where you can select dropdown by ** Members , Teams & Department** , After choosing one of this from drop down ,Click on Generate Report .

Date Filter in Jobsite Report
The Date Filter in the Jobsite Report allows you to view employee jobsite activity for a specific time period. It helps managers monitor employee visits, time spent at jobsites, and location-based work activities based on the selected timeframe.
Weekly
Select the Weekly option to display jobsite records for the current or selected week. This filter helps you review weekly jobsite visits, employee check-ins and check-outs, time spent at each jobsite, and overall field activity.
Monthly
Select the Monthly option to view jobsite data for the current or selected month. This filter provides a comprehensive overview of employee jobsite attendance, visit duration, and location-based activities, making it useful for monthly performance reviews, client reporting, and workforce analysis.
Date Range
Select the Date Range option to specify a custom From and To date. This allows you to generate the Jobsite Report for any desired period, making it useful for project reviews, compliance audits, client reporting, attendance verification, and custom analysis of employee jobsite activities.
Select any date from the calendar, weekly and Monthly will be automatically populated.
- STEP 4
Select any member from the member dropdown.
Here it shows you the Entry/Exit time and Total Time spent on the assigned Jobsite by a specific member.
Jobsite Report – Filters, Send, Schedule, and Download
Filters
The Filters option allows you to refine the Jobsite Report by applying specific criteria. You can filter the report by employee, team, department, jobsite, project, manager, attendance status, and the selected date range. This helps you generate a focused report to analyze employee jobsite visits, location-based activities, and time spent at each jobsite.
Click on the Filters Icon button to apply Jobsite filters to your report.
After applying the filters, your report will be generated automatically.
Send
The Send button allows you to share the Jobsite Report directly via email. Simply select the recipient(s), enter the required details, and send the report without downloading it. This feature is useful for sharing jobsite activity reports with managers, clients, or other authorized stakeholders.
STEP 5
Click on the Sent Icon button to send the report to individual email address. You can define the Subject & Message body of the email.
Schedule
The Schedule option enables you to automate the delivery of the Jobsite Report. You can configure the report to be sent automatically at a predefined frequency, such as Daily, Weekly, or Monthly, to the selected recipients. This ensures that stakeholders receive regular updates on jobsite activities without manually generating the report.
STEP 6
Click on the Schedule Icon button to schedule the report to be sent to individual email address on specific Date/Time intervals. You can define the Subject & Message body of the email. And you can also choose which file type to send (either CSV or PDF).
Download
The Download button allows you to export the Jobsite Report to your local system. Depending on your account configuration, the report can be downloaded in supported formats such as Excel or CSV. This feature is useful for project tracking, attendance verification, client reporting, compliance audits, and maintaining offline records.
STEP 7
Click on the Download Icon button to download the report in CSV format.
