Payroll Report
Payroll Report provides a detailed summary of employees' worked hours and their corresponding pay calculations over a selected period. It helps in accurate salary processing, compliance tracking, and financial planning.
Roles and Permissions:
Organization Owner/Manager: They can view reports of all members in the organization.
Delivery Head: These roles can view reports of all members in the organization.
Dept Head(User): They can view reports of self and asssigned Department Members.
Team Lead(User): They can view reports of self and asssigned Teams Members.
Project Manager (User): They can view reports of self and asssigned Project Members.
User: User can view reports of only themselves.

Read out section below to learn more about how Payroll Report works :
- Navigate to the Reports section and click on Payroll Report.
- Select the required Date Range, Select By, and Member criteria based on the data you want to generate.
- Click the Generate Report button to fetch the report data.
- Click the Members dropdown and select members based on Departments, Teams, or Individual Members.
Date Filter in Payroll Report
The Date Filter in the Payroll Report allows you to generate payroll records for a specific time period. It helps HR teams, payroll administrators, and managers review employee payroll information based on the selected timeframe.
- Use the Date Filter option to filter the report by:
- Weekly
- Monthly
- Custom Date Range
Weekly
Select the Weekly option to display payroll records for the current or selected week. This filter helps you review employees' payable hours, regular working hours, overtime, leave deductions, and other payroll-related details on a weekly basis.
Monthly
Select the Monthly option to view payroll data for the current or selected month. This filter provides a comprehensive overview of employee payroll, including total working hours, payable hours, overtime, leave adjustments, and salary calculations. It is commonly used for monthly payroll processing and financial reporting.
Date Range
Select the Date Range option to specify a custom From and To date. This allows you to generate the Payroll Report for any desired period, making it useful for payroll reconciliation, salary verification, auditing, compliance reviews, and custom payroll analysis.
Payroll Report – Send, Schedule, and Download
Send
The Send button allows you to share the Payroll Report directly via email. Select the recipient(s), enter the required details, and send the report without downloading it. This feature is useful for sharing payroll reports with HR personnel, payroll administrators, finance teams, or authorized stakeholders.
- To share the report, click the Send button and send the Payroll Report to the desired recipients.
Schedule
The Schedule option enables you to automate the delivery of the Payroll Report. You can configure the report to be sent automatically at a predefined frequency, such as Daily, Weekly, or Monthly, to the selected recipients. This ensures payroll reports are delivered regularly without the need for manual generation.
- To automate report delivery, click the Schedule Report button and configure the scheduling settings as required.
Download
The Download button allows you to export the Payroll Report to your local system. Depending on your account configuration, the report can be downloaded in Excel, CSV, or other supported formats for payroll processing, auditing, financial reporting, salary reconciliation, and record-keeping.
- To export the report, click the Download button and select either PDF or CSV as the download format.
