Payroll Report

Payroll Report


Payroll Report provides a detailed summary of employees' worked hours and their corresponding pay calculations over a selected period. It helps in accurate salary processing, compliance tracking, and financial planning.


Roles and Permissions:


Organization Owner/Manager: They can view reports of all members in the organization.
Delivery Head: These roles can view reports of all members in the organization.
Dept Head(User): They can view reports of self and asssigned Department Members.
Team Lead(User): They can view reports of self and asssigned Teams Members.
Project Manager (User): They can view reports of self and asssigned Project Members.
User: User can view reports of only themselves.

Read out section below to learn more about how Payroll Report works :


  • Step 1: Select Report, then Payroll Report from the navigation menu. We can see the headers below:



  • Step 2: Clicking on this will redirect you to Payroll Report home page. Here, you get multiple filter options to apply and generate report.



**Select By: ** Select by either Members, Teams, or Departments.



**Select Member / Team / Department: ** It's a dymaic field and changes according to Select By field.
Date Range: By default, last 7 days are selected in date range, you can select date range as per your requirement (max 1 month).


  • Step 3: Click on Generate Report button to see the Payroll Report.



  • Step 4: Please click on amount shown for each users on specific date to see the breakdown of their payroll amount according to different projects.



  • Step 5: Here, we also get option to Send, Schedule and Download the report with applied filters.


Send: Enter email, Subject, Message and File Type and click on save button. Report will be sent to the entered email.


Schedule: Enter email, Subject, Message, File Type, Enter Name, Select Date Range, Frequency and Time and click on Save button.


Download: Please click on Download button and select File Type to download the report on your logged-in email address. For now, we are supporting on CSV in Payroll Report.





  1. Navigate to the Reports section and click on Payroll Report.



  1. Select the required Date Range, Select By, and Member criteria based on the data you want to generate.



  1. Click the Generate Report button to fetch the report data.



  1. Click the Members dropdown and select members based on Departments, Teams, or Individual Members.



  1. Use the Date Filter option to filter the report by:


  • Weekly
  • Monthly
  • Custom Date Range



  1. To share the report, click the Send button and send the Payroll Report to the desired recipients.



  1. To automate report delivery, click the Schedule Report button and configure the scheduling settings as required.



  1. To export the report, click the Download button and select either PDF or CSV as the download format.
