Schedule Shift Alert

How to enable Shift Alert ?


Roles and Permissions:


Organisation Owner/Manager:


  • They can control Schedules settings of all members of organisation.

You can control Control who receive alert about a member ,the notifications in your organization settings by clicking on the Settings tab on the left sidebar. Then selecting Features from the drop-down menu.


Go to Schedule and Time-off, and you’ll see the Shift Alerts option on the left-hand menu. Here Control who receive alert about a member.




Mail is received on the basis of schedule made by selected option(Management, Both User and management, User & None)




  1. Click on the Settings module from the left-side navigation panel.


  1. Under the Schedule and Time off section, click on Shift Alerts.


  1. On the Shift Alerts settings page, use the global settings to configure the default Shift Alerts for all members.



  1. You can also customize the screenshot frequency for individual members using the available settings.



  1. After making the required changes, a confirmation pop-up will appear asking, "Are you sure you want to update these settings?"



  1. Click Yes to save the changes or No to cancel them.


  1. Once the changes are saved successfully, a success message will appear in the top-right corner of the screen.
