Dynamic Report

The Dynamic report is the most comprehensive report that we provide. The report provides time your staff spends on Projects, Tasks, Jobsite, Attendance details, their activity on the projects and tasks and Time spend on them.

If you’re looking for an easy-to-use report with your customizations to review the time data collected by Workstatus, the Customized Report is for you.

Roles and Permissions:

Organization Owner/Manager:

• They can view reports of all members in the organization.

Delivery Head:

• These roles can view reports of all members in the organization.

*Dept Head(User)

• They can view reports of self and asssigned Department Members.

Team Lead(User):

• They can view reports of self and asssigned Teams Members.

Project Manager (User):

• They can view reports of self and asssigned Project Members.

User:

• User can view reports of only themselves.

Generating the report

1. Navigate to the Reports section and click on Dynamic Report.

2. Click the dropdown menu and select the data source based on Departments, Teams, or Members.

3. Use the Date Filter option to filter the report by:
4. • Weekly
   • Monthly
   • Custom Date Range

4. Select the checkboxes for the widgets or data fields that you want to include in the report export.

5. Click the Export CSV button to download the selected report data in CSV format.
