How to enable/disable App/URL settings


Roles and Permissions:


Organization Owner/Manager:


  • They can enable/disable App/URLs setting for all members.

Track Apps & URLs


This feature helps you to control whether the names of apps used and the URLs visited are tracked


If you do not want to allow anyone, you can set the default to ‘OFF’.


If you want to enable each team member with the ability to only tracking app , then you can set the default to “track app only” to enable this setting for everyone in the organization.


If you want to enable each team member with the ability to only URL , then you can set the default to “track URL only” to enable this setting for everyone in the organization.



  1. Click on the Settings module from the left-side navigation panel.



  1. Under the Timer Apps section, click on Track Apps & URLs.



  1. On the Track Apps & URLs settings page, configure the default tracking preference for all members using the global settings. You can choose from the following options:


  • OFF – Disable both app and URL tracking.
  • Track Apps Only – Track only application usage.
  • Track URLs Only – Track only website activity.
  • Track Apps and URLs Both – Track both application and website activity.



  1. You can also customize the tracking settings for individual members using the available options.



  1. After making the required changes, a confirmation pop-up will appear asking, "Are you sure you want to update these settings?"



  1. Click Yes to save the changes or No to cancel them.



  1. Once the settings have been updated successfully, a confirmation pop-up stating "List updated successfully" will appear on the screen. Click the OK button to continue.
