How to set the screenshots as Blur?

How to Enable blur screenshot ?


Roles and Permissions:


Organisation Owner/Manager:


  • They can set screenshot blur settings for all members of organization.

The Workstatus settings page allows you to customize and manage how each Workstatus feature works within your organization.


To access your organization settings, click on Settings on the side panel.


Note : These settings can be done by organization Owner/Manager.


Make sure you have the correct organization selected in the upper right-hand corner drop-down.


The features settings allow you to configure additional settings for your members. To access this page, go to the Settings tab then the Features section.


Screenshots Blur


Workstatus allows organization owners to add a blur to screenshots to prevent the collection of private data. Once this feature is enabled, the Desktop app will blur the captured screenshots. The blurring is applied on the device where the app is running, so the images that are uploaded to server already have the blur effect applied.


  1. Click on the Settings module from the left-side navigation panel.



  1. Under the Timer Apps section, click on Screenshots Blur.



  1. On the Screenshots Blur settings page, use the global settings to configure the default Screenshots Blur for all members.



  1. You can also customize the Screenshots Blur for individual members using the available settings.



  1. After making the required changes, a confirmation pop-up will appear asking, "Are you sure you want to update these settings?"



  1. Click Yes to save the changes or No to cancel them.



  1. Once the changes are saved successfully, a popup will appear on screen and then click on Ok button .
