Member Profile and Its Settings

What is Member Profile?



On Member Module>>under member name>>on clicking on 3 horizontal dots(3), there appears a member card. This card gives a quick glance of member profile mentioning about its member id, name, designation, login/logout time, Platform he is using to run tracker on. Alongside it shows shortcut icons to view screenshots, APP/URL. attendance and timesheet(4).

These settings can be done by Organization manager/owner.



Member Profile Setting



Step 1:

Select Member from the main navigation menu >> Member name >> Click on 3 dots(3)>> Click on vertical arrow(4)



Here there are two settings

Attendance

Profile Setting



Here, Member profile status can be seen (screenshot 1)




For editing : Member can enter details related to his/her profile such as personal, bank, Job details etc. information.

Note:

a) Click on Edit icon to edit each column.
b) These settings can be enabled and disabled from Settings>>General>>member- please follow the link : https://support.workstatus.io/en/article/workstatus-settings-3nhdtc/?bust=1702028933892




For example: Primary information like Member name(1), Gender(2), Phone number(4) etc. and click on save /cut icon to save or remove(6).



Click on OK for confirmation pop up



App Setting



These are the settings related to the desktop app which can be controlled by wrt to member name.



Here there are two further options:

A) General settings :
Allows to set info like member Time-zone, Workhours, Weekly Off, Timer App, Tracking Mode of desktop Application. Click on save icon 8 to save the settings.




B) Feature Settings:

Allows to set permission for Timesheet(4) such as Approval, Edit, Reason etc. It also allows to set the control of activity(5) & jobsite (6)module.
Click on save icon(7) to save the settings.



Attendance



Click on the tab to get the view of attendance.

Attendance management features support flexible workplace structures through enhancements, such as automated timesheets. These intuitive solutions increase efficiency and analyze attendance patterns.

In order to check the attendance of your members, you can select the member name and Date from the drop down list to view.
It will show below status:

Total days - in that particular Month
Total Working days - (Removing week offs and Holidays)
Days Present - No. of days Tracker runs (Punch in / Punch out)
Days Absent - No. of days absent
Avg Working Hours - of selected period
Avg Break Hours - of selected Period
Attendance % - of selected Period




Clock In/Out
Software accurately captures employee time and attendance the moment they start their Desktop/Mobile Time tracker.





Attendance Visuals

It gives you the visual view of the log in and log out time of the users who are present for that day. Hovering on any entry with grey color, indicates the break/timer being stop for that period of time span.



Hovering on timeline it will show the card with “Productivity Summary”

The Duration will be showing of that hovering ""green Timeline""

Logs

The Green color tick icon(3) indicates timer which was started is stopped now. if the icon still shows Yellow color(4), it indicates that timer is still running and user has not clocked out for the day.





Arrivals

This Portion of Attendance module will help in identifying the user's clock in time as Delayed, On-Time as per the schedule assigned to him.




Filter

Data can be filter on the bases of Schedule and Attendance entry ie On-Time or Delayed.




Export Attendance

Complete data shown on Web of Attendance module can now be exported in PDF or CSV format.
