How to do the productivity settings?



Roles and Permissions:


Organisation Owner/Manager:

They can set productivity settings for all members of organisation.

The Workstatus settings page allows you to customize and manage how each Workstatus feature works within your organization.

To access your organization settings, click on Settings on the side panel.

Note : These settings can be done by organization Owner/Manager.

Make sure you have the correct organization selected in the upper right-hand corner drop-down.

The features settings allow you to configure additional settings for your members.

Productivity Settings



STEP 1

Click on the Settings tab on the left sidebar, then from Timer app select *Productivity Settings.



STEP 2

If you want to enable each team member with the ability to track productive app and url both , then you can set the default to “Enable” to enable this setting for everyone in the organization.
Or select Disable for not tracking.



STEP 3
Select member from member dropdown , add Productive/Un Productive App/URL,& Press Enter. Select the category and Click on Save button.



How to manage category in productivity setting ?



STEP 1

Go to productivity setting ,click on Manage Business Category button .

Now click in Add category text box to define a category and Press Enter to save.




Note: When you will track your time using Workstatus Desktop apps ,It will trcak your Apps and Urls and productive /unproductive apps and urls will display on your dashborad of your web app,also in you apps and urls report : https://support.workstatus.io/en/article/app-and-url-report-1s9ul47/
